Due to the original nature of the prints, we cannot return or refund art print purchases. We are not responsible for damaged packaging. We do everything in our power to ensure your product is received in pristine condition; however, we cannot guarantee the practices of shipping companies. 

Please note, the seeded, paper labels are hand-made. Every label is individual in nature. We cannot guarantee the number of seeds in each label nor do we have control over the viability of the seeds within the label.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
